Where is my refund

I've been told I basically need to wait a month for my refund. This is outrageous! Money is tight and I need it back to continue my project. Everything has stopped waiting for this company to return my funds. When I return clothes online I get a refund 2 days later. This company is taking the *** I'm so angry with the crap treatment I've recieved.

I cannot get an answer

I simply want to know when my order will be delivered Im very wary of this company due to there not being a contact number that works! That said theyre not that far away for mr to visit in person should I be messed about any further
